With 20 years of experience and a team of over two thousand employees, the Bellinati Perez Group has dozens of offices spread throughout the country, including a law firm specializing in various areas of law, a debt collection company that works in the area of amicable debt recovery and an investment company, in addition to a corporate education center.
The group has an operational and business management platform of its own development, which is composed of large-scale digital telephone systems, connectivity links and infrastructure equipment for systems and networks with redundancy.
In search of new technologies that would allow the reduction of telephone bill costs and the increase in the quality and management of calls in its operation, the Bellinati Group invested in a new telephone platform, a Khomp Media Gateway with high call processing capacity.
Before the implementation of KMG, the structure was decentralized across several pieces of equipment and suffered from constant crashes and failures of its telephone equipment, which generated tangible and intangible financial losses, in addition to damaging the credibility of the telecom area with other business areas.
With the KMG 3200 VG, the Bellinati Group began operating with 28 E1 links and 450 SIP trunks, totaling a volume of 1,290 simultaneous calls, providing a capacity of almost 20 million minutes per month. In this way, all calls were managed on a single platform, which allows for more intelligent routing, optimization of links with operators, greater control and distribution of calls, together with automatic dialing solutions, automatic overflow and fallback based on specified causes of non-answer, and real-time monitoring.
The level of security in its SIP connections also gained an important ally, the SBC (Session Board Controller), which is part of the KMG 3200 VG gateway and acts on all calls, performing a series of protections against intrusion attempts and unauthorized dialing, which allows communication on different networks without worrying about security.

The adoption of KMG resulted in a monthly reduction of approximately 20% in the telephone bill, with the ROI of the investment being achieved in just 2 months. Another benefit observed was the ease with which the telecom area now manages to scale its operations.
